ADHD Coaching

Educational ADHD coaching is a transformative process that focuses on recognizing and utilizing strengths, and building executive function skills.

Discover strengths hidden by ADHD challenges

ADHD often masks incredible strengths and talents. Many ADHD-impacted students shine in specific areas - they may be exceptionally creative, socially conscious, natural problem-solvers, budding leaders, or gifted mathematicians.

However, due to the unique wiring of the ADHD brain, many students struggle to connect their talents to real-life applications or academic success.

Through fun and engaging activities, young children and college students can uncover and celebrate their unique gifts. In every session, I help them leverage their strengths to develop independent learning strategies, empowering them to succeed in school and beyond.

Strengthening Executive Function Skills

Executive function (EF) skills include planning, organizing, and managing attention. I help students develop their EF skills in a calm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. Students learn about EF, discover tools that work for their unique brains, and practice essential skills, such as:

  • Breaking tasks into clear steps

  • Crafting effective instructions

  • Giving and receiving constructive feedback

  • Building self-awareness of success criteria

Young adults and students are often surprised to see how much they can improve their focus, organization, and time management with the right tools and consistent practice.
